What we do

We provide a range of programs and services to ensure mothers and babies get the care they need at each step of the journey. Our core initiatives include:

Antenatal Care

We offer free pregnancy check-ups (including ultrasound, blood, and urine tests), distribution of prenatal vitamins and iron supplements, and personalized nutrition counseling for expectant mothers. Early and regular antenatal care helps detect health issues, boosts maternal nutrition, and prepares families for a safe delivery, aligning with global standards for healthy pregnancies.

Delivery Support

Jeena Foundation ensures safe childbirth by arranging hospital or clinic deliveries with skilled birth attendants. We coordinate facility bookings and provide emergency transport (ambulance services) for women facing complications or living in remote areas. By helping mothers deliver under proper medical supervision, we greatly improve outcomes for both mothers and newborns and reduce the risks associated with home births.

Postnatal Care

After childbirth, we continue to care for mothers through postnatal check-ups and recovery support. Our team offers breastfeeding counseling and health education to new mothers, helping them heal and gain confidence in caring for their newborns. We also monitor the mother’s well-being in those critical weeks after delivery, addressing any complications and ensuring she has access to family planning and other services as needed.

Newborn Support

We support newborns during their first six months with baby care kits containing essentials like clothes, diapers, and hygiene items. We raise awareness about immunizations and help track follow-up vaccines to protect infants from disease. For mothers unable to breastfeed, we provide infant formula to ensure every baby is fed. Our goal is to give vulnerable newborns a healthy start and reduce neonatal risks.

Each of our programs is delivered with warmth, cultural sensitivity, and a strong commitment to quality.
Jeena Foundation draws inspiration from successful maternal health interventions by global leaders, focusing on evidence-backed practices that save lives.

Whether it’s a prenatal check-up in a remote village or a safe delivery in a partner hospital, we treat every mother and baby with compassion and respect.
Alongside our partners and supporters, we are building trust in healthcare and ensuring even the most marginalized families feel seen, heard, and supported.

Our approach mirrors global efforts like Save the Children and the White Ribbon Alliance, yet remains uniquely tailored to the needs of families in Pakistan.
By prioritizing clarity, empathy, and community partnership, Jeena Foundation stands as a beacon of hope — committed to saving lives and creating brighter futures for mothers and children across the country.
